Unique Events, Celebrations & Fundraisers

Our 116 acre ranch offers wide open spaces for any type of event.  We offer events and gatherings unique to Reunion Ranch such as our Texas Comes Alive experience, where your guests will be swept away to another time period, mingling in a Wild West Saloon with characters from the 1800s. We’ve also had the privilege of assisting hundreds of local charities over the years. The wide variety of both indoor and outdoor event options and expert support makes us the only name you need when organizing that all-important fundraiser. Other events like Celebration of Life allow you to remember your loved ones in a serene Hill Country setting.

Clay Shoots

Reunion Ranch welcomes both the first-time shooter as well as the seasoned pro with a 5-Stand Sporting Clay Range available for groups of all sizes. Your trained range leader will take their time with any of your guests that may be new to the experience, coaching them on safety, loading, aiming and general best practices. Prior to opening the range we conduct a safety meeting with all guests and provide additional tips for success. Once everyone is comfortable we pass out eye and ear protection, and of course the shotguns and shells, and start having a blast! After everyone has worked up an appetite we bring out a hearty lunch.

Those groups looking to host hundreds of guests are easily accommodated as we offer the option of an added larger course. Small or large groups, novice or pro, your group will have a blast!

Clay Shoot Fundraisers: Clay Shoots can also be designed as effective fundraisers, especially with the outdoor enthusiasts. Making your guests feel as comfortable as possible, our ranch staff will take care of coordination, check-in and safety, so you can share and raise money for your cause!

Texas Comes Alive

Transport guests to the Wild West with our Texas Comes Alive package. Guests are welcomed into our Wild West Saloon-Style bar for drinks and find themselves mingling with characters from the 1800’s. When the chuck-wagon bell is rung, inviting guests to begin dinner, they’ll find sheriff’s, cow-pokes and dance-hall girls interspersed among their tables. All will seem harmonious and as expected until the that band of riders from parts unknown arrive in town and the guns start slinging. Once the sheriff restores order it’s time to celebrate with live Texas Country music complete with trick fiddle playing that will get toes tapping. To ensure everyone can participate in the fun, our expert dancing gals will get everyone on the floor for line dancing lessons. To wrap up the evening we conclude the event with a campfire and cowboy poet.

This interactive entertainment experience includes our Saddlecreek indoor venue, professional emcee, live band, dance instructors, crusty characters, tables, chairs, linens, dinner, non-alcoholic drinks and full bar set-up (hosted and no-host options available).

Celebration of Life

Celebrating the life of a loved one who has passed helps friends and family support one another. Let us handle the details and provide a peaceful location for 50 to 600 guests. Packages are available with full audio-visual equipment, helpful staff, table and chair set-up, beverage service, hosted or no-host bar as well as snacks or a meal.

Live & Silent Auctions

Live & Silent Auctions find our venue, Saddlecreek, to be a great fit. Easily accommodating more than 500 guests, fundraising committees love the versatility we offer. Our team will provide and set-up the tables, chairs and linens well in advance of guest arrival giving you many hours to set-up the décor, display items and registration.As guests arrive they are welcomed into the spacious bar area to sip refreshments and mingle while browsing tempting silent auction displays. Once seated for dinner we suggest a video or slideshow to boost that paddle raise performance and better support your ask. Our built-in drop screen, audio capabilities and rear-projection equipment will seamlessly support all needs. Evenings really heat up after dinner when the live auction kicks the excitement up a notch. Our built-in stage, microphone, lighting and podium easily support your auctioneer.

Charity Bike Rides, Runs and Walks

Bike Rides, Walks & Runs are another great way to promote healthy lifestyles and host a fundraiser. As guests arrive our team will direct them to your check-in and starting lines. The ranch, situated on over 116 acres, is often plenty of space for walks and runs. Groups interested in a ride often utilize our ranch roads as well as the adjacent, and popular with riders, Ronald Reagan Boulevard.

School Events and Play Days

Looking for an outdoor adventure? The ranch’s 35 acres of outdoor playground makes it the perfect location for camp, church and school field trips for kids. As the buses pull up our team directs your group to the picnic grounds. The moment the kids are off the bus they can run and play as the grounds are fully equipped with sports equipment and age-appropriate play structures. The beverage stations will keep the kids hydrated and lunch, usually served in the middle of your day here, will keep everyone powered up for all the fun you can have! Our play grounds can accommodate thousands of kids.

Banquets

If you are planning an extracurricular or sports banquet, our indoor venue, Saddlecreek, can easily accommodate up to 600 guests. Committees love that we will set the room up much earlier in the day, allowing lots of time for decorations and registration set-up. Banquet groups find our large stage is well-suited for awards, concerts and key-note speakers. In addition to providing dinner and beverages, we offer full audio-video equipment, tables, chairs, linens and set-up.

Quinceañeras

Reunion Ranch’s venue, Saddlecreek Crossing, offers a beautiful hill country setting making your quinceañera memorable for both you and your guests. Saddlecreek includes both indoor and outdoor space for guest counts of 50-600 people. Outdoor amenities include a large shaded patio and arbor, lawn games, and hill country views, as well indoor amenities including a built-in bar, stage, sound system, stone fireplace and dressing room for the birthday girl. We include tables, chairs, sound technician, professional emcee, set-up, clean-up and a generous allotted time slot allowing for set-up, getting ready and reception time.
