Expansive Event Grounds

Our spacious property is one of the only venues in Texas that can accommodate up to 6,000 people, perfect for larger corporate events. Our indoor event space, Saddlecreek Crossing can host up to 500, great for receptions, fundraisers and other special events. Reunion Ranch is also a fantastic setting for smaller shidigs, team buildings and more. With 40+ activities on our 116 acres of authentic Texas Hill Country, we believe more is more fun and bigger is better.

Customized Menu Services

For weddings, allow Chef Cody to design the perfect menu of delicious eats to delight you and your guests. Customizable and creative, people will be talking about your wedding meal long after it’s over!

For corporate and other events, we boast award-winning BBQ, but if that isn’t your style, our team is excited to create a personalized menu for your needs. Extra refreshments such as popcorn and funnel cakes are also available for your enjoyment.
40+ Activities for All Ages

Go big or go home, right? As far as activities go, we house just about everything you can imagine from active recreation like Canoe Relay Races and a Zip Line, to more uncommon experiences like Tug-of-War and a Haystack Scramble. We also offer a variety of creative events unique to Reunion Ranch like our Texas Comes Alive event (link) or a Cowboy Cook-Off. Many of our events are kid-friendly, or are sure to bring out the kid in every one of your guests.
Event Promotion

We go the extra mile to promote your event. Let us take care of amping up the excitement through promotional posters, materials, and personalized email blasts; we’ll even send our famous “Hoop and Holler” cowboys out to encourage guests to mark their calendar.
