With over 30 years experience throwing parties, we can create an unforgettable shin-dig for any group on our expansive 116 acre ranch!

We offer events and gatherings unique to Reunion Ranch such as our Texas Comes Alive experience, where your guests will be swept away to the Wild Wild West. We’ve also had the privilege of assisting hundreds of local charities over the years. Other events like Celebration of Life allow you to remember your loved ones in a serene Hill Country setting.

Whether it’s a school play day, silent auction, or quinceanera, we’ve got you covered from planning to implementation. We also encourage you to reach out about collaborating if you have a new event idea of your own.

Clay Shoots

CCIM Sporting Clays Tournament

Reunion Ranch offers a welcoming experience for both novice and seasoned shooters with our 5-Stand Sporting Clay Range, perfect for groups of any size. Our trained range leaders provide personalized coaching on safety, loading, aiming, and best practices for those new to the sport. Before opening the range, we conduct a comprehensive safety briefing and share helpful tips. Once guests are ready, we supply eye and ear protection, along with shotguns and shells, ensuring a safe and enjoyable time. Afterward, guests can refuel with a hearty lunch.

For larger groups, we offer the option of an expanded course to accommodate up to hundreds of guests, ensuring everyone, from beginners to pros, has a fantastic experience.

Clay Shoot Fundraisers: Our Clay Shoots also serve as effective fundraisers, especially for outdoor enthusiasts. Our dedicated staff handles all coordination, check-in, and safety, allowing you to focus on engaging with your guests and raising money for your cause.

Texas Comes Alive

Transport guests to the Wild West with our Texas Comes Alive package. Guests are welcomed into our Wild West Saloon-Style bar for drinks and find themselves mingling with characters from the 1800’s. When the chuck-wagon bell is rung, inviting guests to begin dinner, they’ll find sheriffs, cow-pokes, and dance-hall girls interspersed among their tables. All will seem harmonious and as expected until the band of riders from parts unknown arrive in town and the guns start slinging. Once the sheriff restores order it’s time to celebrate with live Texas Country music complete with trick fiddle playing that will get toes tapping. To ensure everyone can participate in the fun, our expert dancing gals will get everyone on the floor for line dancing lessons. To wrap up the evening we conclude the event with a campfire and cowboy poet.

This interactive entertainment experience includes our Saddlecreek indoor venue, professional emcee, live band, dance instructors, crusty characters, tables, chairs, linens, dinner, non-alcoholic drinks, and full bar set-up (hosted and no-host options available).

Celebration of Life

Celebrating the life of a loved one who has passed helps friends and family support one another. Let us handle the details and provide a peaceful location for 50 to 600 guests. Packages are available with full audio-visual equipment, helpful staff, table and chair set-up, beverage service, hosted or no-host bar as well as snacks or a meal.

Live & Silent Auctions

Saddlecreek is the ideal venue for live and silent auctions, offering ample space for over 500 guests. Fundraising committees appreciate our versatile setup, as we handle all the essentials by providing and arranging tables, chairs, and linens well ahead of time, giving you ample opportunity to focus on organizing décor, display items, and registration.

Upon arrival, guests can relax in the spacious bar area, enjoying refreshments while browsing the silent auction displays. When it’s time for dinner, we recommend showcasing a video or slideshow to enhance your paddle raise and maximize contributions. Our built-in drop screen, audio system, and rear-projection equipment ensure a flawless presentation.

As the evening progresses, the live auction brings even more excitement. With our built-in stage, microphone, lighting, and podium, your auctioneer will have everything they need for a successful event.

Charity Bike Rides, Runs and Walks

Bike Rides, Walks & Runs are another great way to promote healthy lifestyles and host a fundraiser. As guests arrive our team will direct them to your check-in and starting lines. The ranch, situated on over 116 acres, is often plenty of space for walks and runs. Groups interested in a ride often utilize our ranch roads as well as the adjacent, and popular with riders, Ronald Reagan Boulevard.

School Events and Play Days

Looking for an outdoor adventure? Our 35-acre ranch is the perfect destination for camps, church groups, and school field trips. Upon arrival, our team will guide your group to the picnic area, where kids can immediately enjoy a wide range of sports equipment and age-appropriate play structures. Beverage stations are readily available to keep everyone hydrated, and a hearty lunch is provided midday to keep the energy going. With space to accommodate thousands of children, we ensure a fun and safe environment for all.

Banquets

If you are planning an extracurricular or sports banquet, our indoor venue, Saddlecreek, can easily accommodate up to 600 guests. Committees love that we will set the room up much earlier in the day, allowing lots of time for decorations and registration setup. Banquet groups find our large stage well-suited for awards, concerts, and keynote speakers. In addition to providing dinner and beverages, we offer full audio-video equipment, tables, chairs, linens, and setup.

Quinceañeras

Saddlecreek Crossing at Reunion Ranch provides a stunning Hill Country setting for an unforgettable quinceañera celebration. With both indoor and outdoor spaces, our venue accommodates 50 to 400 guests. Outdoor features include a spacious shaded patio, arbor, lawn games, and scenic views, while indoors you’ll find a built-in bar, stage, sound system, stone fireplace, and a private dressing room for the birthday girl. We handle all the essentials—tables, chairs, a sound technician, professional emcee, set-up, and clean-up—plus offer ample time for preparation and your reception. Celebrate your quinceañera in style with family and friends at Reunion Ranch!

What better way to treat your company than by getting away from the city noise and hubbub for a day? In just a 30 minute short drive, your employees can find themselves tucked away in the Texas Hill Country, ready to enjoy the home-cooked meals and hospitality provided by our staff. Perfect for companies, church groups and associations.

Meetings

By using our picnic grounds or indoor Saddlecreek event venue, treat your staff to a meeting out of town. Plug-in for a team meeting or unplug for team chats and fresh ideas at Reunion Ranch! Our venue is equipped with high speed wireless internet, projector, and sound equipment to make sure you can achieve the same productivity as “in-town” even though you are far from it! Custom meal service can be provided to keep your workers’ engines full as well as creative experiences like paddle-boating to clear the mental cobwebs so fresh ideas can flow freely!
