Chef Chris

Christopher was born in a small town in Ohio, near Pittsburgh, PA. He moved to Las Vegas, NV at 15 where he attended culinary school and began his career as a professional chef before relocating to the Austin area in 2006. In Austin he has worked for businesses such as Lakeway Resort & Spa and Barton Creek Resort & Spa and has also consulted for many restaurants around the area.

We understand selecting the food for your event is a big decision, and we strive to make it as easy as possible. We have several base packages to choose from for your big day, and upon selecting Reunion Ranch as your venue, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with our chef personally to discuss these menu options as well as customizations. Customizations and menu ideas are created with seasonality and freshness in mind.

As your big day approaches, Chef Chris will then schedule a personal tasting to confirm that your personalized menu exceeds your expectations. The tasting is an opportunity for Chef Chris to ensure all preferences are met, and to finalize any last minute details or menu changes. Additional options such as signature mixed drinks, specialized menu needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) and more can all be addressed at that time as well.
